Possibilities of our workshop

More than 70 years of experience guarantees a specialist approach. The quality is guaranteed by experienced professionals. Our modern CNC machines position Mervers into a supplier with very high standards. Moreover, our workshop produces according an internal quality system.

Machinery Mervers

  • Designs via the most recent techniques of Inventor 3D.
  • Conventional turning of smaller and large parts with a maximum range of Ø1010 x 4225 mm on a horizontal lathe and Ø1600 x 1000 mm on a vertical lathe.
  • Teach-in turning of smaller and large parts with a maximum range of Ø800 on bed x 3500 mm.
  • Sawing up to a diameter of 300 or of rectangular pieces of 420 x 240 mm.
  • Milling varying from small to big work on a CNC bed mill with an X-axis 3800 mm, Y-axis 1100 mm and Z-axis 900 mm, and a 4 axes CNC machining center with X-axis 1250 mm, Y-axis 1250 mm and Z-axis 1000 mm.
  • Welding by certified welders, welding with electrodes, TIG welding and half automated welding. Our welders are very experienced in welding stainless steel and exotic materials, like Hastelloy C276, Monel 400, Hastelloy C22, etc.
  • Plasma cutting on a CNC table of all steel sorts up to 25 mm thick and autogenous cutting of soft steel plates up to 250 mm thick.

In july 2004 Mervers took over the company Mecaform CNC, a well equipped CNC workshop for dies and moulds production.
What can you expect from this department?

Machinery Mecaform CNC

  • Milling with a maximum capacity of 1660 mm in the x-direction, 510 mm in the y-direction and 510 in the z-direction.
  • Turning with the maximum measurements Ø700 above bed and 2100 mm between the points.
  • Turning with automatic feeding up to Ø40 mm.
  • 5 axis milling up to 1250 x 800 x 800 + CAD/CAM applications.
  • Grinding - round Ø 150 x 500 - flat 850 x 450 x 400.
