Service Engineer

Mervers Benelux n.v. is a growing company with more than 50 years of experience in manufacturing of industrial agitators for leading industry applications such as food-, (petro)chemical-, wastewater applications, … Our agitators are manufactured in Antwerp (Waasland) and distributed World-Wide.

As a Service Engineer, you will be part of our serviceteam. This team is responsible for technical service and the assembly of our agitators in our manufacturing facility and at client facilities in Belgium and abroad. For the assembly you can use inhouse mounting materials and technical support.

• Install new agitators in our manufacturing facility and on-site;
• Organize and coordinate on-site installations;
• Execute reparations on existing agitators in our manufacturing facility and on-site;
• Responsible for the preventive maintenance of our range of machinery to reduce production time;
• Write assembly, reparation and visit reports to ensure our quality;
• Complies with the safety rules as well as ensuring a safe working environment;
• Reports to the responsible of the serviceteam.

• High school degree or equally based on working experience;
• can independently assemble machines and/or machine parts;
• Gives high priority to safety (VCA)
• Collaborates with internal employees and external personnel;
• Willing to travel for a short period of time (mainly Europe).
